Important update from HourlyRevShare Admin

Hi there!

Just wanted to shere with your this important update I've received a few hours ago from the HourlyRevShare admin. It's quite long to read but I think that many of the mentioned topics are important; I also cut out some text:

HELPDESK
As we have had such strong growth and a couple of curve-ball issues in recent weeks, we have had to step up how we manage support issues. Our original support email accounts and online forms are no longer either efficient or adequate to deliver the level of service you deserve. To allow us to deliver better quality support, we have implemented our new Helpdesk portal. This will from now on be the primary channel for submitting support requests. We will disband the email accounts and current contact forms on the site and in a day or two will redirect our current Contact Us link to the new Helpdesk....

LR/STP WALLET ADJUSTMENTS
LR/STP balances are now moved for most people. If your account has not been moved, and you have not yet submitted a ticket, please do so. A few members have reported being missed, so we want to hear from anyone whose balances have not yet been migrated to STP.

We have set up a new topic on our Helpdesk, to collect your information.

LR/STP Not Complete – this is for members to report that their LR balances have not been completely moved. If yours have not migrated at all, or only partially migrated, or you are still seeing growth in your LR balances, please choose this topic.

LR Negative Balances – If you are currently seeing negative balances in your LR wallet, this is simply an indication that you were in credit in your LR wallet. It does not have any bearing on any other wallet.
I will be removing the LR wallet from the Available Balances table as soon as possible, to avoid any further confusion.

STP Not Supported – Alternative Processors
For those members in countries where STP is not available, we will move your STP balance to either EgoPay or Perfect Money. If you have not already done so, please submit a ticket and choose the category  STP Blocked Regions. We will try to accommodate your preference, but we reserve the right to move it to the other option, if necessary. This option applies to all members who are in STP blacklisted countries and residents of the US States of Virginia, Arkansas and North Dakota.


LR REFUNDS
As I write this, LR refunds are still to be started. I’m sorry that this has not yet been addressed, but want you to know it has not been forgotten. If you requested a refund, but have not received it, and your LR balances are still intact, please submit a Helpdesk ticket under the category Liberty Reserve Refunds. If you already have a ticket, you need do nothing.

PAY IT FORWARD TAB
In an effort to shore up security surrounding the Pay It Forward function (formerly Upgrade Referral), we have temporarily disabled the PIF tab, until we have added extra security features. Anyone wanting to PIF a referral or other member will need to contact Moni or Connie to have this facilitated. Please be aware that we may need to request your HRS password in order to do this transaction on your behalf. If you are not comfortable in doing so, we understand, and would advise that you choose to send your referral funds to their pay processor account instead.

IP PIN
Many of you seem unaware that we have IP PIN protection available in your profile setup. This is a feature that is designed to keep unwanted “visitors” out of your back office – please use it. When someone tries to access your back office from an unknown IP, the system will send a PIN to your account registered email. Unless they have access to your email account, an intruder will not be able to enter your account. A double-barreled approach to security would be to use a 2-step verification protected Gmail account and setting your IP PIN to “enable”. If you wish for your profile to be updated with a Gmail address, please submit a Helpdesk ticket and choose the category Gmail Updates. If you are not currently IP PIN Enabled, please provide us with a Gmail address BEFORE you enable it. Many, many email providers are not delivering our mail, but Gmail is consistent and reliable, although our mail does go to Spam first.

In the near future, HRS will be introducing SMS verification and even more robust “green bar” SSL protection.

WITHDRAWAL LIMITS AND TIME FRAMES
Initial feedback from members about the cap on withdrawals is predominantly positive. 98% of you are accepting and to a great extent, supportive of this temporary measure to help us through the LR debacle. I’d like to clarify what the caps actually are, as in our last newsletter it was not made as clear as it should have been.

Each member may request withdrawals of up to $1000 from rebates and $1000 from commissions, from each pay processor, per day. That is a net withdrawal of $1649 per processor per day. A $1000 withdrawal from rebates will allow for a $300 Premium plan to be purchased from your Repurchase balance straight away.

With the weight of LR withdrawals now shifted to STP, it is taking longer to process payouts. STP accounts for a large chunk of our payments processing, and although I am trying my level best, it’s just not possible to process all payouts in the shorter timeframes we have all been used to. In our FAQ, it states that we undertake to process all withdrawals within 48 – 72 hours. Currently, the timeframe is 72 - 96 hours for STP, Egopay & Perfect Money. I expect to see this reduce in coming days as Moni and I get on top of the backlog.  We’re working as best we can, and processing payouts constantly and as fast as humanly possible, so if there is any delay, please relax your turn will come soon. We are not paying selectively, here is how it works:
The script produces reports for me in A-Z username order. I re-order these in date order, and set the batches to payout. In recent days, I have not always taken the time to sort requests chronologically, in favor of getting the batches queued. So that is why it seems at times that there is no sensible order. STP, EgoPay and Perfect Money are being paid daily, STP at regular intervals throughout the day and EgoPay and Perfect Money every 12 hours.

The way the Recent Payments are displayed on the site are according to date of payment, not the day they were requested. They are reported with the largest sums withdrawn first, graduating to smallest payouts.

PAYMENTS!

Effective from today, our payment days are reviewed to business days only. Saturdays and Sundays are now “off days” and withdrawals may only be requested during business days. We will continue to process payouts as usual throughout, but new requests will not be accepted on weekend days.

Since HRS started, we have been paying round the clock. The only thing that is permanent in life is change. Those changes are implemented for the long-term stability of HRS. Those who love stability will embrace it, those who do not will fight change but one thing is sure, these measures are for stability and sustainability.

I’m truly humbled at the level of support and kindness from those members who continue to send in donations to help make up the LR loss. Running out of ways to express my gratitude. Thank you all so much.

RUMORS
HRS is getting some “bad press” online at the moment, with the fallout and disruption caused by the LR theft taking effect. The unavoidable slowing of payouts as a result of the additional workload have given some folk the idea that we are withholding payments and that HRS is in trouble and on the way out.

Nothing could be further from the truth, we are still rock solid and will continue to be, it’s just a matter of managing our way through these trying times. What we need most is your support and your patience. We are working very hard and very long hours behind the scenes to make improvements in our service delivery and our support. Our reputation is of the utmost importance, without it… well, it’s unthinkable. We are family, so let’s pull together and support one another and help HRS and you to continue to grow and prosper. Together we can do it. All we are asking for is your patience and positivity and we can all look to a bright and wealthy future. So from now on I'll need to change my withdrawal strategy; I wanted to repurchase from Monday to Thursday and then accumulate my earnings from Friday to Sunday and request a withdraw that same day. As from now on withdrawals won't be accepted on weekends I'll move my withdrawal day to Monday and my repurchase days will be from Thursday to Friday. 
I hope they soon process my first withdrawal, as it is still pending since the 24th of March ;)

No money yet....

Today is Friday and from now on the next three days I will not purchase any new Packages form Hourly Rev Share; these three days I will build up my money and on Sunday I will withdraw it.
This is the same thing I did last week but my requested withdrawal from last Sunday has not yet been processed :(
I hope this is not the end....

My first Hourly Rev Share Wiithdrawal

So as I wrote in my last post, today is the day I'm going to ask for a withdrawal; my first HourlyRevShare Withdrawal!

I logged into my account and I had a total of $34.67. I requested a payment of $34.60 and is was accepted! As you know HRS will only pay you 70% of the amount requested as 30% will go back into the system.
So the amount that HRS will send to my STP account is $24.22 minus fees:

This withdrawal should be processed in 24-48 hours and I will post my payment proof as soon as I got the money in my account ;)

Tomorrow a new weekly cycle starts and I'll start purchasing new shares every day till Friday.

My last Ad Pack for this week

I just logged into my HourlyRevShare account and bought my last Ad Package for this week. I had $10.12 in my account so I could buy 2 new shares. So now I have 12 active positions :)

Now for the next 3 days I'll leave my earnings accumulate and on Sunday I will withdraw all the money in my account minus the 30% that will be automatically be used to buy new shares. 
I've not really calculated how much I'm earning right now on a daily basis so I won't check my account again till Sunday and then see how much money there is to withdraw ;)

My HourlyRevShare Ad Packs active again :)

Just logged into my Hourly Rev Share account and found out that my "On Hold"  Ad Packs that I bought with Liberty Reserve are now active again :)

My funds have now been migrated from LR to STP and my available balance in my LR wallet is now $0:
As you can see from this pic, the "Fund Wallet/Withdraw" button has been removed for Liberty Reserve as now this processor is no longer available in HourlyRevShare. By the way, I only have $0.47 left in my STP wallet because I just purchased some new Ad Packs ;)

Newest HourlyRevShare update

I just got this new Hourly Rev Share update a few minutes ago. HRS is really growing fast and right now we are over 32000 members strong!

LR/STP WALLET ADJUSTMENTS
We are well down the track of moving the LR balances and ad packs to STP in every affected member’s account; by the time you read this it should just about be done. To be on the safe side, please allow 24-48 hours, as we have to verify and move one by one. We expect to be able to complete the Shift stage within 24-48 hours, after which time we will commence the refunds process.

We’d like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we’ve gone through this process. It would, of course, have been much better that we had not needed to, but needs must, in the interest of everyone’s security, including that of HRS. We know that some members are unhappy about the decision to migrate to STP, but it was needed in order to accommodate the greatest number of members.

SSL (SECURE SOCKET LAYER)
Sometime today, I will be applying SSL protection to the site. This will take us another step closer to protecting member accounts from unauthorized access. So as you can see from this update the Hourly Rev Share Admins are really taking things seriously and working hard to keep this opportunity life! :) Increasing security for the members sake... Lets hope they also keep up with the payments :)
I expect my Liberty Reserve shares changing over to STP in a few hours time, according to this update, so I can start earning money again from these. Already quite a few days without earning money from them which is slowing me down to reach my goal of making it to $10 per day. 

By the way, I haven't posted this yet but I purchased two more $40 shares two days ago 8)

Having problems with LR

HourlyRevShare is having issues with Liberty Reserve. All my packages are bought with this payment processors and today when I logged into my HourlyRevShare account I noticed that all my shares are "On Hold" and not earning any money since yesterday noon :(
So from this pic you can see that my last payment was received 2013-03-13 at 19:14. 
I checked the Skype room and found that the Admins had problems with this processor and that it was going to be removed from the available processor list.

Effective immediately, Liberty Reserve is no longer an approved Payment Processor option for HourlyRevShare. Last week saw our LR funds hacked to the tune of $850 000. I have replaced $500 000 from my own pocket, and must now make up the remaining loss of $350 000 from my trading activities, which I expect to take about a month.

HourlyRevShare changed its looks :)

HourlyRevShare has upgraded the website. Now it looks quite more flashy :) 
Today I also bought another share for $7. I will keep to buying shares this week and then I'll leave the money grow in my account to request my first withdrawal. The min. withdrawal amount is $10, so after about 3 days I should have that amount in my account ready to be withdrawn. Keep in mind that 30% of your withdrawal amount will be automatically send to the re-purchase bucket and will not be available to withdraw.

My 3rd share :)

Ok, just bought my 3rd share in HourlyRevShare :) Just one and a half hour after my last post my Liberty Reserve balance passed the $5 mark:

So from my Hourly Rev Share purchase history you can see I now have three active Ad Packs running.

Just a little bit more...

Just checked my HourlyRevShare back office and in three hours I'll be ready to buy my third share! Here is a pic of the total amount of money currently available in my account:
So I just need $0.12 more to have $5 in my HoulyRevShare account and buy the next share. 
From this pic you can see that I'm currently able to buy a new share every 2 days: I started the 1st of march with my $53 share, bought my second share in HRS the 3rd and today, the 5th, I'm going to buy my 3rd one. 
With each share of $5 I buy my hourly earnings increase approximately by $0.01. It is not much but it sums up ;)

Just bought my second Share

Ok, as I wrote in my last post, I managed to buy my second share with my earnings
Just to recapitulate:
I started with Hourly Rev Share March 01 2013. My Initial purchase of shares was of $53. Today, March 03 2013 I had enough earnings in my account to purchase the minimum amount of ad packs for the basic plan: $5.

So from now on my hourly earnings will increase a bit :)

My intention is to reach at least a daily earnings of $10. From there on I'll start to withdraw funds and repurchase at least at 50%. Let's see if this works out ;)

So it seems like yesterday I got my first referral who bought 5 shares. As I'm in the basic level I earn 6% commission on my referrals purchases: this makes $0.30 from the $5 my referral bought :) Cool, huh?

So I just logged into my Hourly Rev Share account and checked out my stats:
So you I think that in the next hour I'll be able to buy another share of $5 :) This will increase slightly my hourly earnings. Will post it if I succeed ;) Otherways I'll do it tomorrow!

A bit more info about Hourly Rev Share :)

Here is some more info that might be interesting for you if you are thinking about joining Hourly Rev Share. I took this info from their FAQ site, so you can read it there as well if you want to ;)
 
How does your earning plan work?

For every Ad Pack you purchase, you earn a predetermined rebate for up to 30 days, before it expires. Whenever you make a withdrawal request from your Rebates Balance, 30% of your withdrawal total goes into your Repurchase Balance, which you can use to buy more Ad Packs and keep your ads constantly running. This balance cannot be withdrawn.

The remaining 70% (less a 3% withdrawal fee) is sent to your external payment processor account. Our 30% repurchase policy is to ensure the long-term sustainability of this program. For example, when you withdraw $100, $30 will automatically go to your Repurchase Balance and $70 is available for withdrawal. All withdrawals from your Rebates Balance currently attract a 3% withdrawal fee, which is subject to change at the Admin's discretion.

We have 3 different plans; rebates are credited to your Site Balance approx. every hour, according to the plan you purchased.


Is there a minimum amount I must receive before I can withdraw?

Yes, the minimum amount you can withdraw from either your Rebates Balance or your Commissions Balance  is set at $10. Funds in your Repurchase Balance may not be withdrawn, but may be used to purchase more Ad Packs.

How long does it take for my purchase to be added to my account?

After you make your purchase, your account should be updated immediately.

Is there a Membership Fee to join HourlyRevShare ?

There is absolutely no fee but for you to earn from the hourly distribution of our Revenue Pool, you must join at least one of our 3 levels of Profit Plans. See details below:

Hourly Basic Plan – Minimum Ad Packs Purchase is $5 - Maximum is $299 per transaction

Hourly Premium Plan - Minimum Ad Packs Purchase is $300 - Maximum is $999 per transaction

Hourly VIP Plan – Minimum Ad Packs Purchase $1000 - Maximum is $10,000 per transaction

How much is an Ad Pack unit?

An Ad Pack unit costs $1, with a minimum qualifying spend of $5.

Can I purchase Ad Pack(s) with one payment processor and withdraw from another?

No. Let's say, for example, you purchase using SolidTrustPay, then you will receive your Rebates and also withdraw to the same account. However, we may be able to consider paying you via another pay processor under certain circumstances, at a fee, but it will be strictly on request. You will need to contact us on this, however it is at the Admin's sole discretion.

How does one withdraw their daily rebates to a Payment Processor?

You need to login to your account to request a withdrawal. Click on the Withdraw Earnings button in your Dashboard and enter how much you wish to withdraw. Select the Payment Processor wallet you are withdrawing from and click Submit. On the next page, enter your desired withdrawal amount, and note the nett figure to be sent and the withdrawal payable on your amount. After your request, the payment to your payment processor will be done within 48 hours.

Can I do a direct purchase from my Rebate Balance?

Yes, you may use your Rebates Balance to purchase additional Ad Packs.

Are there any fees when purchasing Ad Pack unit(s)?

No, there are no fees for any of the payment processors.

Are there any withdrawal fees?

Yes, there is a 3% withdrawal fee on all payment processors. The payment processor may charge you a small percentage also for receiving your incoming funds.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

Yes, the minimum withdrawal amount for all payment processors is $10.

Do you offer referral commissions?

Yes. All upgraded members qualify to receive sales commissions on their downline's purchases. It varies, according to which plan you are in, and on the method of funding.

For Hourly Basic Plans purchased directly via an external payment processor account, you are paid a 6% sales commission on your direct referrals' Ad Pack purchases,  3% on 2nd level referrals' Ad Pack purchases, while 3rd level sales pay 1%.

For Hourly Premium Plans purchased directly, you are paid a 7% sales commission on your direct referrals' Ad Pack purchases,  4% on 2nd level referrals' Ad Pack purchases, while 3rd level sales pay 2%.

For Hourly VIP Plans purchased directly, you are paid a 8% sales commission on your direct referrals' Ad Pack purchases,  5% on 2nd level referrals' Ad Pack purchases, while 3rd level sales pay 3%.
Sales commissions payable on Ad Packs purchased with your Rebates Balance or your Repurchase Balance, the upline will receive 50% of the above percentages, and the Admin reserves the right to amend these rates without notice at their discretion.

Can I open several accounts in this program?

Yes Family accounts are allowed but upon approval for that you need to contact us and on upon approval you can open it.

Can two or more people in the same household join this program?

Yes, provided you send a ticket to the Admin and request for approval. 
 

My day 2 in Hourly Rev Share

So today is my second day in Hourly Rev Share. Yesterday I logged into my account again just to check my earning stats:
Here is the status of my active Ad Packs after 10 hours.
Today I checked again and here is my stats after 20 hours in this program.
And this is without referrals! 100% passive income; Really nice ;)

I also got an update from the admin today: We've just broke the 20.000 member mark:

Dear HRS Family,

This week we have broken the 20.000 member threshold and as of the time of writing this newsletter we have 22300 satisfied members.

I will keep this newsletter short, just a couple of things I would like to address.

WITHDRAWALS
As you all know, with our growing numbers it’s become imperative to manage our payouts more efficiently. Everyday, there are more and more withdrawal requests being submitted, with many members requesting withdrawals hourly. As a result, I made the decision to switch to a semi-automated system to make processing faster, and also limit the number of withdrawals each member can request on a daily basis to 4 withdrawals. Each payment processor will be 1 withdrawal which makes a total of 4 withdrawals per day. I think this is pretty reasonable.

I suspect that there is a misconception prevalent that it is necessary to withdraw from Rebates in order to be able to repurchase. This is not the case. Any member may buy ad packs directly from their rebates, commissions or repurchasing wallets; there is no need to withdraw first to be able to do that.

SUPPORT ISSUES
since the server move, our Support system has been under extreme pressure, with Moni and her assistant dealing with hundreds of emails regarding an assortment of issues. I’d like to take the opportunity to outline the best course of action to take for a speedy response, depending on your issue:

1. Missing Ad packs or Missing Funding – The only acceptable channel to direct these queries is the “Report Missing Shares” link on the Member Information panel at the bottom of your dashboard. These form submissions go directly to Anelie and support staffs for speedy attention.

2. Missing Referral / Missing Sponsor – The fastest method of having this resolved is to PM Moni on Skype. Please take the time to read what is in the FAQ regarding commissions on purchases made by misplaced referrals. http://www.hourlyrevshare.net/index.php?p=faq

3. Payment processor ID changes – Please note that there is a 24 hour turnaround target for these issues, but it can take extra time if either Moni or myself are not available. Each update requires input from each of us, so please be patient and allow us to process this in the earliest timeframe possible. Please note that we will not payout to a pay processor account that not the same as the funding account. If this is a requirement, there will be stringent verification checks to be completed before any changes are made.

SITE SPEED!

You will notice that site is loading slowly for some time now. When the traffic is heavy and many are accessing HRS at the same time from different locations, it makes site to be slow. It was due to this reason that we migrated to a new server. Even after moving to new server, our traffic back continues to increase steadily. This automatically means further upgrading to accommodate everyone and also allow site to run smoothly. This is exactly what we are doing. We ask every member to please bear with us as all will soon return to normal.

Many, who were introduced when we just started, have not joined us yet. And that is OK. Some people need time to see we are for REAL. But soon it will be 90 days (3 months) since HRS was officially... Isn’t it worth celebrating! That we have put smiles in many families, its because of your support. I am astonished at the level of love and support shown me during this 3 months period. I count myself as one of the privileged persons to enjoy such support, and I am humbled by it.

My first commission added!

So it's been about one hour since I posted mi first post about Hourly Rev Share on this blog and I just checked my account and see there: my first commission has been added to my account. It is just $0.10 that has been added but as said: it is just my first hour there!!
Will update this blog tomorrow and will add another pic of this very same chart. Anyway I will log into my account again this afternoon and make my first repurchase if I have enough money to do it ;)
